PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated fiberglass fabric is a composite material made by combining fiberglass cloth with a coating of PTFE. PTFE is a synthetic fluoropolymer with excellent non-stick and high-temperature resistant properties.
The fabric is created by impregnating a woven or non-woven fiberglass substrate with PTFE dispersion and then drying and sintering the coating to create a uniform, durable surface. The PTFE coating provides several desirable characteristics to the fiberglass fabric, including: ①Non-stick properties, ②Heat resistance, ③Chemical resistance, ④Electrical insulation.
