How do we distinguish the material and selection method of silicone cloth?

Silicone cloth is made of two main raw materials. It is made of glass fiber cloth with high strength and high-temperature resistance as the base cloth and then compounded with silicone rubber skin. After high-temperature vulcanization, it is processed into a finished product. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material new product.

There are many types of silicone cloth on the market, how to choose?
First, choose the silicone rubber cloth that suits you, determine the thickness of the silicone cloth you want, single-sided or double-sided, and choose it after you have determined it. If it is squeegee or dipping, test the sealing performance of the silicone cloth, whether the cloth surface is white, and if there is a white phenomenon, it is definitely not sealed. The selection of calendered silicone cloth is relatively simple, the flatness of the cloth surface, whether there is a mirror feel, whether the color is consistent, and generally no variegation is required. The silicone layer on the cloth surface must not have pinholes and less glue, otherwise, the air will leak after a certain pressure.

Silicone cloth is a glass fiber cloth coated with silicone rubber, which is high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion, and high-strength glass fiber.
