Smoke Curtain Fabric Type No.: Suntex-2005

Functions：

Stop smoke for 60 minutes at 1000℃.
Stop smoke for 150 minutes at 600℃.

Details:

This material is composed of a technical textile, which consists of fiberglass. It is coated on both sides with polyurethane, a flame retardant material. The polyurethane coating serves several functions: it makes the fabric easier to handle, adds stiffness to it, prevents smoke from passing through, and protects it from unraveling. Furthermore, this material has water repellent properties and demonstrates exceptional resistance against cutting and acidic substances.

Functions：

Fire resistant of 180 minutes at 1000℃.

Details:

This material is a type of technical textile that consists of class E fiberglass reinforced with s.s wire. It is coated on one side or both sides with a flame retardant polyurethane compound.

Functions：

Fire resistant of 120 minutes at 1000℃.
Low emission of radition for 60 minutes at 1000℃.

Details:

This material is a type of technical textile that consists of class E fiberglass reinforced with s.s wire. It is covered with aluminum foil, as a reflective layer to limit thermal radiation.

Functions:

When exposed to temperatures above 140°C, the coating system forms an expanding, foaming substance that provides thermal insulation.

Details:

This fabric is a stainless steel wire reinforced glass fabric with a specially formulated intumescent fire retardant graphite material. The material does not generate toxic emissions, and has a good resistance to hydrolysis whilst still having a flexible handle.
