thermal insulation of silicone high temperature fiberlgass fabric

How to customize a special-shaped equipment insulation cover?

Insulation covers have become a common low-energy-consumption thermal insulation product in the current industrial production. It has many advantages and a wide range of applications. It can be applied to standard facilities and special-shaped facilities. So how to customize insulation cover for special-shaped equipment?

1. Provide the ambient temperature and working temperature of the facility medium, as well as the estimated working temperature of the surface after thermal insulation. And calculate the required insulation layer material thickness, each set of customized insulation sleeves is tailor-made.

2. Provide facilities for the use of ring mirrors and heat insulation properties (heat preservation, heat insulation, cold and frost protection, etc.). Understand the use of ring mirrors and thermal insulation properties of the facility, and you can also choose relatively suitable materials for the inner and outer thermal insulation coatings.

3. Provide the external dimensions of the facility or the CAD three-dimensional design drawings marked with detailed dimensions and opening positions.
