The 1180gsm Silicone Both Side Coated Fiberglass Fabric consists of an 880gsm base fabric and a 300gsm silicone coating. This fabric is available in red, gray, and green. It is commonly used in industrial insulation, welding protection, and industrial flexible-joint applications.

Physically, this fabric exhibits high tensile strength and tear resistance. It is also highly heat-resistant, with a continuous operating temperature of up to 260°C and a melting point of 1,100°C. The fabric also has a low thermal conductivity, making it an effective insulator.

Chemically, the silicone coating provides excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen, and UV radiation, as well as many chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, and solvents. The fabric is also flame retardant, ensuring safety in industrial environments.
