Suntex Car Fire Blanket is a safety device designed to extinguish vehicle fires. It is a flame-resistant sheet made of high-temperature materials, such as fiberglass or specially treated fabrics.
In case of a fire, the blanket can smother the flames by covering them completely, cutting off the oxygen supply and suppressing the fire. Compact and easy to store, car fire blankets offer quick access during emergencies, making them a valuable safety tool for vehicles.
As the leading manufacturer of high-temperature industrial textiles in China, we operate our own factories for both high-temperature fabrics and finished products, including car fire blankets. Our team includes a professional R&D department, a QC team, and experienced workers.
We are trusted by global industry leaders such as Samsung, Marubeni, BASF, and Alstom.
With 20 years of experience in high-temperature textile production since our establishment in 2004, our products are certified to EN 13501-1 A2 CLASS by SGS and France LNE.
Key Features:
Reinforced thread with exceptional high-temperature and explosion-resistant performance (withstands up to 1000°C).
Collaborative R&D with universities and research institutes to analyze material properties, including strength, flammability, and explosion protection.
Rigorous testing, including multiple EV fire simulations, to validate the blanket’s performance.
