Fabric compensators are mainly made of fiber fabric, rubber, and other high temperature resistant materials. It can compensate for the vibration and pipe deformation caused by the operation of fans and air ducts.
Fiber fabric expansion joints can compensate for axial, transverse, and angular directions. They have the characteristics of no thrust, simplified support design, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, noise reduction and vibration reduction. They are especially suitable for hot air ducts and smoke ducts in power plants.
The fiber fabric and thermal insulation cotton body in the non-metal compensator itself has the functions of sound absorption and vibration isolation, which can effectively reduce the noise and vibration of boilers, fans and other systems. It has simple structure, light weight and easy maintenance.
In general, there are three kinds of expansion joints solution offered in the market place and they are, fabric, rubber and metal solutions.
Fabric expansion joints are commonly considered for high temperature requirement and Suntex manufacture a selection of high mechanical strength and high temperature resistance fabrics and yet maintain its flexibility that is suitable for such applications.
Expansion joints ensure an appropriate compensation of thermal and mechanical dilatations of the fumes channels, hot air pipelines and other medium.
Suntex provide variety of high strength rubber coated fabric and high temperature textiles not contain any asbestos and can withstand high temperature up to 1000℃, oil resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance.
