Suntex Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric – Smart Choice, Reliable Performance

Suntex silicone coated fiberglass fabric is a high-performance composite material made from high-strength, fireproof fiberglass cloth and premium silicone rubber through high-temperature vulcanization. It is available in single-sided and double-sided coating options.

Key Features:

Long-term use up to 550°C

Flame retardant, low smoke,

High insulation, chemical resistance, and weather resistance

Flexible, strong, easy to fabricate

Typical Applications:

Removable insulation jackets for pipes and equipment

Flexible fan connectors, non-metallic expansion joints (not for SO₂ gas)

Welding blankets, fire curtains, and smoke curtains

Electrical insulation cloth

Anti-corrosion wrapping

4 Tips to Choose Quality Silicone Fabric:

Check coating – Smooth surface, no pinholes, proper weight

Feel softness – Not stiff (stiff means too many fillers, easy to crack)

Test adhesion – Rub firmly; no peeling means good bonding

Inspect surface – No scratches, even coating (<5% variation), no defects, no color difference

Why Suntex?
Withstands -50°C to 550°C, stays flexible, resists aging, and lasts longer. Suntex delivers safety and durability for high-temperature and fire-critical applications.
