Vermiculite Coated Fabric is made with high temperature fiberglass cloth coated with fire retardant vermiculite, enhanced temperature abrasion resistance.

Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Cloth is a heavy weight texturized fiberglass fabric impregnated with two sides specially formulated vermiculite solution. It offers good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally in 750ºC. It has high temperature and abrasion resistance and good mechanical properties for fabricating. Vermiculite coated fabric is primarily used in hot work such as welding and burning operations and fire/welding protection and flexible expansion joints. It is useful for high temperature thermal and electrical insulation in severe application environments.
