What is the importance of removable fire protection heat shields in the industry?

Fire prevention and fire prevention measures are increasingly important in the refinery and petrochemical industries. The fire in the petrochemical enterprise cannot be controlled and extinguished in a short period of time, which means that it not only causes huge direct economic losses but also indirectly leads to the suspension of the company’s production and affects the normal production and operation of the company.

As a result, valves, actuators, tanks, and various other instruments require external fire protection to allow operators sufficient time to secure the system and prevent the fire from continuing to spread in an uncontrollable situation.

The fireproof heat shield is made of fireproof, high and low-temperature resistant materials; it is made by a special process after careful design, surveying, and mapping according to the specific shape of the equipment to be fireproof and its use environment.

Flexible and removable fire shields can ensure the overall operation of the protected critical system for the time required by the customer and can delay damage in a controlled manner and prevent further damage to equipment, products, and people.
