How Suntex Crafts Premium High-Temperature Resistant Fabric Rolls
Premium high-temperature textile performance never happens by accident. 💡
Here’s the complete manufacturing process:
🔥 1. Melting & Spinning
We heat and melt glass balls into molten glass, then extrude the molten material via melt-spinning technology to form fine, continuous solid glass fiber yarns — the solid foundation of our high-strength functional fabrics.
🔥 2. Precision Weaving
Professional looms interlace warp and weft fiberglass yarns in standardized patterns. This meticulous weaving process delivers sturdy, dimensionally stable fiberglass fabric suitable for harsh industrial working conditions.
🔥 3. Functional Coating
To enhance fire resistance, temperature resistance, and protective performance, we use dip-coating, spray-coating, and roll-coating techniques. The coated fabrics go through strict curing and drying procedures to form a uniform, durable, functional protective layer.
🔥 4. Meticulous On-Site Inspection
Every single fabric roll undergoes rigorous manual and machine inspection at our quality control station. We eliminate defective products at the source to ensure only flawless goods leave our factory.
🔥 5. Professional Lab Testing
Each production batch is sent to our in-house laboratory for comprehensive performance tests, including combustion resistance, high-temperature resistance, tensile strength, and wear resistance. All products strictly meet industrial application standards.
🔥 6. Accurate Roll Cutting & Finishing
With high-precision slitting equipment, we cut master fabric rolls into standard finished rolls (50 meters / 50 yards) to meet customized project and shipping requirements.
Quality is embedded in every thread and every process at Suntex.
