Founded in 2004, Suntex has benchmarked world-class enterprises from the start, maintaining a high-standard strategic layout, high-end equipment configuration, and stringent quality control. In 2016, the company invested 40 million RMB to settle in Dantu High-tech Industrial Park of Zhenjiang, building a 20,000-square-meter modern factory. It is equipped with 3 PLC-controlled automatic production lines and a composite tension closed-loop control system, along with a 1,000-square-meter R&D and testing center and a 3,000-square-meter warehousing base.
Currently, Suntex offers over 500 product models with a daily production capacity of 40,000 meters, covering a temperature range from -70℃ to 1700℃. Its products keep upgrading in performance of fire resistance & thermal insulation, thermal shock resistance, antibacterial and oil resistance, as well as corrosion and weather resistance, balancing high performance and cost-effectiveness. The main product portfolio includes removable insulation jackets, fire and smoke curtains, fire-resistant welding blankets, flexible fireproof connectors, Class A fabric air ducts, non-metallic expansion joints, and more. These products are widely applied in petroleum, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, thermal power & nuclear energy, ventilation and fire protection, heating pipelines, high-speed rail & aviation, mining and metallurgy, and other industries.
In terms of production technology, Suntex adopts glass fiber, aramid fiber, ceramic fiber, and other base materials, and applies processes such as blade coating, calendering, and impregnation lamination. This endows products with outstanding properties, including fire & high temperature resistance, high tensile strength, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, water and oil repellency, while remaining flexible and easy for processing.
With over two decades of development, Suntex has obtained ISO9001:2015 certification and TUV on-site factory certification, and its products have been granted Class A fire protection certifications by national authorities and SGS. The company’s customer network spans 68 countries and regions worldwide, maintaining long-term partnerships with renowned enterprises including Samsung, Marubeni, Lenzing, China National Nuclear Corporation, and Jinchang Locomotive.
